In-house seller management system of Công ty Cổ phần Nam Dương Thịnh (NDT), used only for NDT's own Shopee shops.

• Ads: daily CPC performance, campaign performance, ROAS / spend / balance alerts (read only).
• Payment: escrow detail per order and wallet transactions, CSV export for bank reconciliation.
• Products: stock & price list; sync from an uploaded file with mandatory dry-run preview, max price-change limit, price floor and no negative stock. Blocked rows are never sent.
• Orders & Logistics: order list, shipping documents, late / cancel / return alerts.
• Chat: staff write draft replies; a staff admin must click Approve & send before anything is sent. No chatbot, no auto-reply, no broadcast.
• Daily sales report.

Reviewer account: please use the test username/password provided in the Go-Live form, then log in. The reviewer account sees demo data only and is read only on the server: every write (saving drafts, uploads, sync, shipping documents, approvals) is blocked. Buttons that staff use are shown but disabled, and the Products page shows a sample dry-run preview including blocked rows.

Data: buyer personal data is not exported, shared or sold; tokens are stored server-side only; every write call is audit-logged. See the Privacy Policy.
