Privacy Policy — NDT Shopee Manager

NDT Shopee Manager is an internal tool of Công ty Cổ phần Nam Dương Thịnh (98/66 Phan Huy Ích, Phường Tân Sơn, TP.HCM, Vietnam), used only by our staff to manage our own Shopee shops through the Shopee Open Platform.
Data we use
- Order data of our own shops (order number, status, items, amounts, ship-by date, buyer username).
- Shipping recipient information (name, phone, address) — only to generate Shopee shipping labels; it is passed to the label and not stored by this app.
- Chat messages between buyers and our shops — only to let staff reply.
- Ads performance, payment/wallet and product data of our shops.
Purpose
Order fulfilment, customer support, accounting reconciliation, stock/price management and ads monitoring for our own shops. No profiling, no marketing to buyers, no automated decisions.
Storage and retention
- Data is processed on our hosting with HTTPS and private, non-public storage; access requires a staff login.
- The app does not persist buyer names, phone numbers or addresses. Chat reply drafts (which may mention a buyer) are deleted automatically after 90 days; audit logs keep only order numbers and actions.
- Shopee access tokens are stored server-side only and never shown in the interface.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties. Data is only exchanged with Shopee through its official API.
